North Beach also has a boat ramp, making it a great spot for both fishing and boating activities. It’s conveniently located close to popular attractions like the Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge.

The Cove

Imagine yourself in a tucked-away little cove with calm water and sweet shade. Just south of North Beach, the Cove is like Mother Nature’s own private swimming pool. Cove swimming is a whole other experience, and this area delivers.

Hummingbird Beach

At Lake Eufaula State Park, this sandy beach comes with a side of disc golf. This secret little gem is known for its serene ambiance, amazing scenery, and plenty of land and water fun!

Sissy Beach

The Cut

If you are looking for more of a party vibe, The Cut is a well-known spot a bit north of the eastern Canadian River pool. Suited more for young adults than family, there is fun to be had here with a sandy white beach, boats coming and going (or tied up to raft together,) and plenty of beach games!

No. 9 Landing

Kick back and enjoy the sun on these beautiful sandy beaches. No. 9 Beach is a great spot for water skiing and enjoying fun water sports.

Things To Do

With such a massive area for recreation, Lake Eufaula is the perfect spot for beachy fun. Let’s dive into some of the lake’s outdoor activities–because that’s where the real action happens.

Fishing

Imagine yourself with a fishing rod and the calm waters of Lake Eufaula–can you see it? Whether you are fishing for largemouth bass (the feisty fighters), catfish (the cool cats), or crappie (those yummy panfish,) this lake has them all. The best part? You don’t even need a boat because there are piers and accessible shorelines for all!

Boating and Waterskiing

Into gliding across the water like a boss? Time to grab a boat and hit the waves. Lake Eufaula is massive–over 105,000 acres–so whether you are powerboating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, or simply putting around, you have room to stretch those sea (well, technically lake) legs.

Swimming

As we already mentioned, Lake Eufaula has swim beaches too! Splash around, build sandcastles, and live that awesome lake life. There’s no better way to cool off from the summer sun than by taking a dip in the cool water of the lake.

Hiking

Lace up your sneakers and explore the trails in Lake Eufaula State Park. Nature’s calling, and it’s telling you to get your steps in! If you want a real treat, plan your hike around sunset to glimpse one of the most breathtaking views the lake has to offer–the sun dipping behind the trees.

Relaxing
