Blake’s interest in real estate began while searching for his own first home. That experience sparked a passion for the industry and led him to get licensed so he could help others achieve the same milestone. Having lived at Lake Eufaula his entire life, Blake offers clients true local insight and a heartfelt connection to the community. Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys weekend travel and spending time with his new puppy. He appreciates every season at Lake Eufaula and says each one brings its own unique energy and beauty.

Clifton Davis brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a deep personal connection to Lake Eufaula to his role at Porches and Pastures. Raised just 20 minutes east of the lake in Stigler, Clifton has witnessed the area’s incredible evolution from a quiet wilderness lake into a thriving destination known for sandy beaches, hidden shoreline gems, world class fishing, and exciting wakeboarding.
Clifton’s connection to the lake goes back decades. He attended the lake’s official dedication in 1964 and still remembers President Lyndon B. Johnson and Lady Bird Johnson celebrating with locals near the dam on that historic day. As a teenager, he spent countless summer days with friends at No. 9 Beach and Campgrounds in Longtown, soaking up the sun and enjoying the kind of lake memories that stay with you for life.
In recent years, Clifton has watched Lake Eufaula continue to grow, especially throughout the 2020s as the housing market expanded with beautiful luxury homes while still offering affordable lots and properties for buyers at many price points. Because the lake is so large, he appreciates that it never feels crowded and always offers plenty of open water and beaches where families can anchor and enjoy the day.
After finishing a successful career in commercial property development in Oklahoma City and Stillwater, Clifton and his wife felt called to return home and live on the lake. Becoming a Realtor was a natural and rewarding next chapter, allowing him to combine his development experience with his lifelong knowledge of the area.
