Stephanie Fine is a very professional agent. I would use her again, she did a good job!!!
Oklahoma City, OK
Porches & Pastures was created out of a dream that Eric and Stephanie Fine had to provide a unique real estate experience for buyers and sellers.
Stephanie became a REALTOR® in 2007 and was instantly hooked on experiencing the special moment of home ownership with her clients over and over again! Eric is a real life “Okie from Muskogee” who grew up on a family farm. He obtained his real estate license in 2012 and began focusing on rural land. The couple lives on the north side of Lake Eufaula with their two, four-legged children, Chassi and Scooter!
"We believe in creating an experience for our clients that goes beyond a wish list of amenities and property features and focuses on a desired lifestyle. Whether you are buying or selling a primary residence, second home at the lake or rural land; we believe slowing down to focus on the type of lifestyle you crave delivers the very best outcome! This unique philosophy, combined with our experience and knowledge about the market, makes us a strong partner in all aspects of real estate."

In addition to loving what I do in real estate, I'm equally passionate about supporting the special needs community and promoting the inclusion of all individuals with disabilities. One of my proudest accomplishments is working to start a Special Olympics team for Eufaula Public Schools. Connecting with people on a personal level has always come naturally to me and I’ve gravitated toward professions that allow me to meet interesting people. I've spent many years as a hair stylist, helping people look and feel their very best. I’m especially excited to work with Porches & Pastures as connection and communication is central to the mission. I grew up in Blackwell, OK and have lived in Eufaula for the last 10 years. I often joke that our home is nothing short of a zoo with 2 dogs, 3 bunnies, a bearded dragon, a mini pig and a beta fish! When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially my husband, Will and our three children, Blake, Shayleigh and Aceton. I also have a passion for retail therapy, attending my kids’ sporting events and crafting! Giving back to the community we call home is so important to me and I have a special place in my heart for the fire department and Santa’s Soldiers. I’d love to be your REALTOR®! Please feel free to call me on my cell: 918.618.2137
“CEO of the Menasco Family” was my title for many years until my children reached their teen years. My son, Kayden’s love for racing his car at the dirt track became a family affair when we owned and operated Outlaw Motor Speedway in Wainwright, OK and Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, OK. Our daughter, Keely, even helped work on her brother’s car! Gardening, shopping and traveling, all top the list of my favorite things. My travels to Africa, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Belize, the Caribbean, Hawaii and Alaska; only leave me wanting to see more of this big, beautiful world. My passion for serving and helping others ties in perfectly with real estate and I look forward to being a resource to clients looking to buy or sell a home. I’d love to work with you! Please feel free to call my cell: 918.208.8203
Faithful and loyal to the core, I’m a woman of my word who loves a good boat ride, bonfire and volunteering with the Special Olympics! I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the Porches & Pastures Real Estate team. For the past several years, I have served in ministry alongside my husband and best friend, Nathan. I feel at home on the stage, leading worship and helping others reach their full potential. I’m always ready for an adventure and have become especially passionate about how I invest my time. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and am a proud mother to our 4 year old son, Oakley. I’d love to help you buy or sell your home, so please feel free to give me a call at: 918.650.5303
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Master of Education (M.Ed) in School Counseling
There’s one reason I’ve spent more than 20 years in sales and it’s simple; I love connecting with people! I’m thrilled to bring the resources of Porches & Pastures Real Estate to my community in Henryetta and all of Okmulgee county. I know my way around the real estate world from my experience as a REALTOR®, licensed insurance agent and office manager for a local land surveyor. My friends and family would tell you that adventure is my middle name; I’m willing to try anything at least once and especially love road trips and trying new restaurants and foods! When I’m not working with clients, you can be sure I’m socializing with friends or family. I truly love being with others, especially my 12-year-old daughter, Ava and our dog, Lilly. I’m a sucker for a good DIY project and love working with power tools; I could spend an entire day wandering around the home improvement or hardware store. If you’re in Okmulgee, Okfuskee or McIntosh county and need help with buying or selling, I’d love the opportunity to work with you! Feel free to call my cell at 918-527-2192.
EDUCATION: Associate of Science-Business, OSU-IT
My love for this great country led me to a career in the United States Navy where I spent more than ten years. With two deployments to the Persian Gulf and one to Afghanistan, I am so grateful for the opportunity to put down roots in this community. I also spent fifteen years in concrete sales and loved getting to personally know my clients. Originally from Missouri, I’m a big fan of Kansas City Chiefs Football! I also love to hunt, fish and hike with my wife, Lacy. We have a daughter, Alyssa, two sons, Hunter and Jordan as well as two German Shepards, Buddy and Bailey. I’d love to work with you to buy or sell your property. Give me a call at 816.810.7541.
As a proud coal miner’s daughter, my daddy instilled in me, a true love for God and country that permeates all areas of my life. I was born in Kentucky and moved to Dallas when I was 18. In 2008, my husband and I built our home on Lake Eufaula and later made it our permanent residence. For 19 years, I worked as the vice president of a mortgage company, so you could say real estate is in my blood! I love being a part of the P&P team because the spirit of hard work and friendliness is contagious! When I’m not supporting our awesome team, you can find me volunteering in the community, reading, studying the Bible, working on genealogy, feeding my deer or my favorite; preparing for Nana & GDaddy Camp that takes place once or twice a year with all 6 grandchildren visiting for a week.
